By installing, accessing, or using the LLM Hotkey browser extension and related services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Description of Service

LLM Hotkey is a browser extension that provides AI-powered text enhancement features, including:

  • Grammar correction and text improvement
  • Text rewriting in various styles and tones
  • Reply generation for messages and emails
  • Image analysis and description (for supported plans)
  • Custom AI prompts and actions

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Subscription Plans & Pricing

LLM Hotkey offers the following plans:

Free Plan

  • 10 requests per day
  • 1 result variant per request
  • 3,000 character limit
  • 3 custom actions

Pro Plan

  • 300 requests per day
  • 4 result variants per request
  • 30,000 character limit
  • Image analysis support
  • Pricing: $19.99/month or $199/year

BYOK Add-on

  • Unlimited requests using your own API keys
  • 4 result variants per request
  • 50,000 character limit
  • Maximum privacy - your content is not logged
  • One-time payment: $49 (lifetime access)

Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to subscribers.

Billing & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Generate spam, phishing content, or malware

Intellectual Property

The LLM Hotkey extension, website, and related materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service.

AI-generated outputs are provided for your use, but we make no claims of ownership over the generated content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

Third-Party Services

LLM Hotkey integrates with third-party AI providers to deliver its features. By using the Service, you also agree to the terms of these providers:

  • AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) for text and image processing
  • Google for authentication services
  • Payment processors for subscription billing

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any errors will be corrected

Important: AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and determining the appropriateness of any AI-generated content before use.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LLM HOTKEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from AI-generated content
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
  • Required by law
  • We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
